Junior Creative Production & Project Coordinator
Think of this role as the glue that keeps our products looking their best. From chasing down samples to running photoshoots and making sure every image is picture-perfect, you’ll own the full enrichment pipeline that brings our socks (and more) to life online and in-store. You’ll also jump in on smaller product-driven projects like SMUs, connecting the dots between design, ops, and creative. Tasks & Responsibilities
Product & Creative Production Coordination:
- Plan and manage product image productions – collaborate closely with the Product Operations Project Manager to align on upcoming collections, collaborations, SMUs, and other ranges. Book and organise the photoshoots with the photographer.
- Coordinate all product sample logistics – from ordering and tracking to delivery and internal handling, ensuring physical samples are in place for creative and commercial needs.
- Oversee post-production workflows – receive and manage retouching through an external partner, handle feedback loops, keep image budgets updated, and ensure assets are stored and distributed correctly.
- Support additional creative productions – assist with content production, ecommerce imagery, social content, and special projects from prep to on-set support, including creating call sheets, coordinating logistics, and other support as and when required.
- Set up and manage a production budget tracker – monitor actuals vs. planned, and flag deviations proactively.
- Own the end-to-end product enrichment process – manage product description process from copy, translations, as well as product imagery to ensure all assets are complete, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.
Project Coordination & Workflow Support: - Support product-led projects – lead short-term initiatives such as SMUs, ensuring clear timelines, coordination across teams, and delivery on time.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Design Operations team – assist with planning, tracking, and execution of cross-functional initiatives tied to product launches or design milestones.
- Help optimise creative workflows – work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Creative to refine production and briefing processes, contributing to smarter, scalable ways of working.
We are actively hiring and looking to start this position as soon as possible.
This is a 6-month project-based contract role. Following the successful completion of the project, there is a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent position within our company.
