- Define data modeling and transformation frameworks aligned with business processes, ensuring proper implementation by the team.
- Establish standards for serving data in downstream applications like reports or dashboards.
- Drive the implementation of best practices for versatility, reliability, ease of maintenance of the data platform as well as data governance, security, and compliance. Guide the optimization of data storage solutions, focusing on performance, cost, and scalability.
Requirements:

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Experience project managing technical teams and managing deliverables.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Fivetran).
- Familiarity with data transformation tools like DBT.
- Strong knowledge of data storage technologies such as Snowflake, relational databases, NoSQL, or data lakes.
- Ability to guide troubleshooting of data-related issues and optimize data flows.
Nice to Have:
