Role Overview:

Your main responsibility is to optimize and maintain our ERP-system, Microsoft Business Central to adapt to Happy Socks business needs. Deep technical knowledge of BC is needed and functional knowledge across the Sales, Finance and Logistics modules is a perfect bonus!

You will have a central role, working with the structure, development, and support to provide optimal and cost-effective business support for our expanding organization. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration as a contact person to our process owners for Finance and Retail.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Technically support and improve Happy Socks ERP system including technical integrations to other internal and external systems.
• Participate in system-related business development projects, from analysis phase to development and testing.
• Support Happy Socks Finance and Retail departments with system improvements and requirements.
• Monitor and follow up business-critical processes.
• Provide user support with system related issues.
