Overall responsibilities
As Happy Socks Sales Coordinator, you will assist our sales departments with day-to-day order handling, as well as delivering sales data and material with accuracy and precision. As one of our Sales Coordinators, you’ll be the backoffice mastermind for our many sales channels.
You’ll be a key member in our Sales support team with several other coordinators. Our vibrant ‘Happy
Crew’ consists of 110 colorful and creative characters from all over the world (25+ nationalities, and
counting!). Ideally, we'd love for you to join us at our office in Stockholm, but if it's a perfect match, our
office in Munich could also be an option.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Key contact for all daily operational tasks for selected sales channels
• Full ownership end-to-end for all admin and order placement for selected sales channels
• Owner of customer and order data in ERP and sales platforms
• Preparing and updating product data in various sales platforms
• The link between the Sales teams and various functions of the business
• Provide our Sales teams with data and operational knowledge
• Prepare and communicate sales material for customers
• Setting processes and developing procedures
• Strong ERP-system and BI-system user, flagging bugs and follow up on needed development
• Taking part in development projects
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience with handling customer orders and shipments for B2B, including working with vendor guidelines for department stores towards a 3PL provider
Previous experience from working in ERP-systems, BI-systems and B2B platforms
Good knowledge of Excel
Fluency in Swedish and English.
