Product Operations Project Manager - Parental leave cover
We’re looking for a Product Operations Project Manager to join our cheerful and fast-moving team – someone who thrives on structure, loves a good timeline, and can steer complex product projects from idea to delivery.
In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, making sure our products move through the pipeline on time, on budget, and with creative magic intact. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, align teams, and make sure no detail is left behind. If you love connecting the dots between people, process, and product – and get a kick out of challenging old ways of working – this one’s for you. This is a 12-month parental leave cover, starting in May/June.
You will be part of a small team of project managers, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Product Operations, and you will work closely with the product design team, product development, packaging teams, as well as external partners and suppliers. Experience of working with complex end-to-end timelines for textile and garment production is essential for this role.
What you'll do
Own the full project lifecycle
Own, maintain, and follow up on the product end-to-end timeline in close collaboration with Head of Production and the Head of Marketing and Product Operations
Project manage our product collections, collabs, and short lead projects such as capsules and SMUs
Manage incoming product requests, ensuring feasibility, clarity, and timelines are aligned with capacity and business priorities
Set up project plans in Asana, run kick-off and check-in meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Lead regular status meetings, track project progress, and highlight risks early.
Drive smart ways of working
Question how we've done things, challenge inefficiencies, and propose better ways to plan, brief, and deliver
Take ownership of project templates, approval flows, and planning routines- not just maintaining them, but constantly improving them.
Bring a proactive mindset and never wait for someone else to raise the red flag - you are always three steps ahead.
Plan for the big picture
Build and manage seasonal master timelines across teams and tools.
Lead cross-functional planning workshops each season to align priorities and build smooth production workflows.
Coordinate resource and capacity planning to support smart decision-making.
Who you are
You are a confident project manager who thrives on being in the know. You don't just love a checklist, you love making the checklist better. You're a natural at turning ambiguity into structure, creating clarity out of complexity, and you bring teams along with you.
You'll fit right in if you are
A natural project manager with 5+ years of experience in a similar role in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
You have a background in product development (ideally the textile industry) and understand manufacturing processes and timelines
Skilled in using Asana or other project management software
Comfortable in working with spreadsheets and has experience working with large-scale and complex end-to-end timelines.
Always questioning and looking for smarter ways to work, then rolling up your sleeves to make change happen.
Experienced in working with licensors and external partners, and confident in stakeholder communications, regardless of seniority level.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys cross-functional teamwork and knows how to motivate without micromanaging
Detail-obsessed but flexible- you keep your eye on the timeline without losing sight of the people.
Join us and help make every step of the product journey as joyful and bold as our designs. Your superpower? Turning creative energy into smooth execution- and making it better every season. Let's make great things happen- together.
