About the role
As a Demand & Assortment Planner at our Stockholm HQ you will have a unique opportunity to hold a joint responsibility with your main contribution being to ensure the processes between actual sales performance, inventory and future assortment needs are holistically linked. You will report to the GM Planning.

You will play a key role in this by:

• Create, update and share the range plan framework in line with the seasonal targets, including special projects such as licensing and collaborations
• Continuous follow up on the range plan versus assortment plan, delivering dynamic and product focused assortment shape recommendations for future planning
• Ensure PLM system is being maintained, and range plan summaries are provided to relevant stakeholders
• Analyze sales reporting making recommendations for assortment adjustments and proposal for relevant assortment adaptations, falling in line with the 12 / 6 & 3 month end to end process
• End to end critical path management of all key planning deadlines for both assortment development and forecasting / buying
• Work with the buying team on stock levels and help make smart decisions on purchasing for each product group
• Collaborate closely with our buying and production teams, translating sales forecasts into production needs per product group
• Analyze stock levels alongside our sales and logistics teams, driving action plans for optimization - ensuring the feedback into the assortment on what has performed has been captured for future seasons
• Ensure balanced communication and collaboration with cross functional partners internally
• Support planning team with any adhoc requirements

Who are we looking for?
We think that the candidate we are looking for has 

• An academic degree from fashion and/or business education
• A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English (fluent)
• Confidence in presenting and working closely with wide range of teams and levels
• Proficient skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience in PLM / demand planning is meriting
