Our vibrant âHappy Crewâ consists of around 110 colorful and creative characters from all over the world (25+ nationalities, and counting!) spread out in our offices in Stockholm, NYC, Munich, Shanghai, and Istanbul, alongside stores across the globe.đ Our mission is to spread happiness and color to every corner of the world.
The Role
As our Head of Channels, youâll be the mastermind behind our customer-first commercial strategy. Youâll lead everything from CRM and Visual Merchandising to go-to-market planning and e-com asset magic. Itâs a role for someone who loves connecting the dots, making bold ideas happen and creating experiences people remember.
What youâll do
- CRM Leadership:
- Develop and execute a customer relationship management strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Leverage analytics to personalize customer interactions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Visual Merchandising (VM):
- Direct global visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity, seasonal themes, and product launches.
- Ensure consistent execution across all retail channels, enhancing in-store and digital consumer experience.
- Go-to-Market Planning:
- Spearhead strategic planning and execution of integrated campaigns and product launches across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives with business objectives.
- E-commerce Asset Management:
- Oversee creation and delivery of compelling digital assets that drive online engagement and sales conversion.
- Ensure a seamless digital experience that mirrors physical retail standards and enhances omnichannel consistency.
- Team Leadership and collaboration:
- Responsible for managing and developing the channel team.
- Act as an anchor point between the Marketing and Ecommerce teams.
Who are you?
We think that you have a degree in Business, Marketing och a related field and at least 6 years of experience in retail, preferably within a global brand-led environment. You are a natural leader with a knack for collaboration and cross-functional teamwork. We also think that you have a harp strategic mind, are strong with numbers and a wizard at getting things done. Further, you have hands-on experience with CRM, visual merchandising, digital marketing and omnichannel sales.
But most importantly, you have the personality to fit into a fun work environment where we believe in color and playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness.
