Product Developer (Parental leave cover, 1 year)
As our Product Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to bring bold and playful products to life -from the first spark of an idea to the final approved sample. You’ll be at the heart of the development process, ensuring that every product meets our creative vision, quality standards and business goals while staying on track with timelines and budgets.

Main work tasks
- Responsible for the the execution of new collections from sketch to approved sample, adhering to established routines.
- Participate in the development of new product lines and assess initial pricing for new products or materials.
- Ensure that products, labels and components align with business standards and timelines at the most suitable supplier.
- Maintain accurate product specifications and sample comments for seamless handover to suppliers and production teams.
- Handle internal and external product testing and ensure compliance with quality and composition requirements.
- Introduce innovative ideas to the innovation and sustainability teams, including exploring new materials and qualities.
- Responsible for developments in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system as well as to manage article administration in PLM, ensuring master data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to supplier performance evaluations, providing insights on R&D capabilities, sample precision, service level, and collaboration opportunities.
- Ensuring overall time schedule and deadlines are kept.
Requirements & Skills
- Textile education
- Previous experience as Product Developer, preferably 3-5 years
- Experience working with PLM system
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Availability for travel
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience from sock and/or underwear production is an advantage
