Customer & Workplace Experience Specialist

You’ll be part of ensuring Happy Socks’ customers receive top-class service while also making sure our Stockholm office is a place where people thrive, connect, and feel at home.
The Happy Crew
Our vibrant ‘Happy Crew’ consists of around 110 colorful and creative characters from all over the world (25+ nationalities, and counting!) spread out in our offices in Stockholm, NYC, Munich, Shanghai, and Istanbul, alongside stores across the globe.🌍 Our mission is to spread happiness and color to every corner of the world.
About the role
The role is split between 60% Customer Experience and 40% Workplace Experience and reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
Customer Experience (60%)
Handle escalated customer cases from our external support partner, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with third-party partners like warehouses, shipping providers, and payment services, as well as internal teams.
- Identify customer needs through feedback and observations, and contribute to projects aimed at improving customer experience and internal processes.
- Support, guide, and coach our external First Line Support team to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Maintain and improve our chatbot and support pages on happysocks.com.
- Carry out tests to optimize the customer journey, like delivery tests and checkout improvements.
Workplace Experience (40%)
- Take ownership of the daily operations and atmosphere of our Stockholm office.
- Ensure the workplace reflects our values and fosters a productive, inclusive, and vibrant environment.
- Lead office-related projects and service improvements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Design and implement people-centric, creative workplace experiences that help our teams connect, collaborate, and thrive — while contributing to a cohesive company culture across all Happy Socks locations.
Who you are
We believe you’re a solution-oriented, detail-loving, and people-focused person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’re proactive, unpretentious, and get a kick out of making both customers and colleagues feel seen, heard, and supported.
We’d love it if you have:
- Experience in customer service and handling escalated cases.
- Experience in office management, workplace services, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and a service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
