Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It)

As our new Sustainability Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind integrating and implementing our sustainability goals within Happy Socks. From ensuring we stay ahead of the latest sustainability directives and collecting the right data to inspiring our team with your knowledge, you’ll be a key player in our journey towards our goals!

You will be part of the Happiness team and report to the Chief People & Planet Officier.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and support sustainability initiatives across our operations
Gather and track sustainability data
Drive new initiatives that reduce our sustainability impact by collaborating with different teams and our external partners Amfori, Worldfavor and Carbonfact
Develop and deliver training sessions to boost our company's sustainability awareness
Create our annual sustainability report
Keep us ahead of industry trends
Support the Happy Crew and our customers

What You Bring to the Sock Drawer

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for sustainability who’s ready to make a difference, one sock at a time:

A genuine interest in sustainability and with basic knowledge and understanding of regulations like CSRD, DPP, ERP and Green Claims directive
Analytical and proactive in driving projects forward.
A natural communicator, fluent in English.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a positive attitude and loves new challenges.
Previous experience within the field
