The Affiliate and Online Partnerships Manager will manage Affiliate Networks and Online Direct Partnerships to grow global online sales while achieving a positive direct response ROI. He/she will work closely with the online marketing peers and creative team to define and adapt to local markets specifics and execute marketing initiatives and will be a valuable member of the E-Commerce team. 

The position is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm and reports to the Online Marketing and Sales Director. In this role the Partner Marketing Associate will report to you.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and grow relationships, affiliate networks and direct partnerships globally
  • Manage the Online Partnerships and Affiliates team; coach, support and advice the team
  • Continuously make strategic decisions when it comes to business models, networks and partners to work with
  • Plan, prepare and ensure timely execution of various campaigns
  • Reach budget and profitability goals 
  • Make sure campaign metrics such as cost per acquisition, amount of orders and conversion rates are met 
  • Identify new partnerships and revenue opportunities which can be scaled
  • Negotiate and close partnership and campaign deals
  • Roll out initiatives while leveraging the sales promotion calendar and large campaigns
  • Follow latest affiliate trends and tactics and be in the front line of online marketing trends
  • Continuously analyse and evaluate results, create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the various channels and online marketing initiatives
  • Ensure tracking is correctly implemented for accurate activity monitoring 
  • Work with our creative team to create digital assets 

Requirements & Skills:

  • Extensive experience in affiliate marketing, minimum 1 year in a similar role either from the agency, network or client side
  • Strong people management skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written (any additional language - foremost Swedish and German - a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal), and familiar with contract negotiations at an executive level
  • Proactive, energetic and commercially oriented
  • Experience from handling media budgets
  • Experience in implementing and troubleshooting tracking tools for online marketing
  • Hands-on self-starter that learns fast– takes initiative, leads projects and follows up
  • Analytical, insight- and data-driven decision making
  • Result focused 
  • Structured approach to his/her work
  • Social skills with the ability to communicate and lead effectively, internally and externally
  • Team player
  • Comfortable working at high work rate and to multi-task
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment
