We are now looking for a Marketplace Intern who is a motivated current university student or recent graduate seeking to gain a deeper understanding of online sales and Marketplaces while working with cross functional teams.

To succeed in the role, you will need a strong desire to learn, be able to excel in a fast paced environment, and work closely with all members of the sales and the Marketplace Team daily. The internship is unpaid and the details of your current academic situation is what sets the terms of this internship. Either you have a set internship period in your school curriculum, or you have some free time alongside your studies and want to invest that time in learning more in this field! For the second alternative it will be 50% for 6 months. The preferred start for this Internship is April 2023.

You need to be based in Stockholm or able to relocate to Stockholm from elsewhere in Sweden, no work permit can be offered. We offer you a great way to fully understand the processes and sales driven activities behind the marketplaces sales strategy, this will give you a great start on your future career. We are 180 colourful characters at Happy Socks from over 25 different countries and you'll work at our quirky HQ in Stockholm.

     Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Marketplace Team with managing marketplace sales, coordinating projects and marketing activities as requested
• Setting up and tracking: system of sales, advertising campaigns and online activities
• Conducting competitive overview, monitoring competition
• Processing the orders, helping analyze stock and sales reports
• Supporting execution of marketplaces long-term plan
• Driving and optimizing our marketplace work together with the team
  
  Requirements & Skills

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken 
• Basic knowledge in excel
• You’re a well-organized, self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• You’re a team player that isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
