Our global distribution setup makes sure this happiness (read: our products) spreads to every corner of the world. We’re now looking for an experienced Global Logistics Manager to our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. You’ll be a part of a happy and very driven international team of around 120 people from 25 different countries.    

In this role, you’ll manage and develop Happy Socks’ global distribution to maximize our reach and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing our processes from factory to customer for all Happy Socks sales channels. You will lead and manage a team of three – and report directly to our Head of Supply.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and optimize logistics: warehouses and transportation, in terms of service and cost
  • Keep track of, and follow up on, costs and KPIs
  • Control and improve the flow of goods from factories to warehouses and to customer
  • Control and optimize allocation of stock
  • Manage implementations of new warehouses and logistic partners 
  • Negotiate with warehouses and logistic partners
  • Increase service levels and customer experience in a cost efficient manner for all Happy Socks sales channels


Personal Skills & Abilities

  • 5+ years working experience as a logistics manager or similar position, including team management
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management (within e-com and wholesale is a big big plus!)
  • Experience in working with 3PLs on a global level
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Optimistic, flexible and working hands on when needed
