In the role of HR Intern your main responsibility will be recruitment. You will partner up with our Managers and support them throughout the recruitment process from job ads, candidate screening and interviews, to testing and reference calls. You will also, when there is time, be assigned to drive some smaller HR-projects and assignments as well as supporting the HR Business Partners. 

WHO ARE YOU?

We think that you are studying at a People and Organization, Business Administration or Behavioural Science Program and look forward to a career within the fields of HR, Recruitment and Leadership. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish. If you already have some experience in recruitment that would be great but having a go getter attitude, a positive spirit and eagerness to learn is more important. 

WHAT YOU WILL GET!

As your main responsibility is recruitment you will collaborate closely with many Managers and it’s good if you can work most days of the week. At the same time you will have a lot of freedom to plan your own time and work.

The internship is unpaid and can either be full-time as part of your studies, for the period stated in your school curriculum, or 50% besides your studies for the period of 6 months. We work at least two days in the HQ office in Stockholm, and other than that you can work from any location.

We hope for a start date in August but can also be somewhat flexible on the timing.
