We are now looking for a proactive, analytical and communicative Demand Planner who’ll be responsible for making sure we have a good match between product availability and future sales demands. You’ll do this by developing and improving the working processes, and by having close collaboration with the sales, logistics and purchasing teams.

You'll be working at our HQ in Stockholm and will be part of a fun-loving and driven multicultural company of around 180 people from over 25 countries.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Act as a connecting point between sales and supply chain teams with the aim to optimize sales while keeping an efficient product flow
• Through relevant data analysis and close collaboration with sales teams, examine and challenge sales forecasts per channel to ensure accurate seasonal and annual forecasting
• Work closely with buying and production teams to generate seasonal and annual production forecasts, matching it to sales forecasts translated into production needs per product group
• Align with buying team on safety stock and over/under purchase per product group
• Closely collaborate with logistics teams to analyze stock levels and actions plans
• Visualize long term capacity needs in line with company growth strategies paired with regional production capabilities
• Implement regular reporting of historical sales as well as future demand to identify trends and recognize change needed in forecasting models
• Process owner for Planning Process in ERP system
• As part of the S&OP process drive Demand Review meetings with key stakeholders from commercial and management teams
• Follow up and report on KPIs for Demand Planning, aligning on actions and activities with relevant stakeholders
• You analyze past seasons to set relevant goals and targets for your area of responsibility for coming seasons. All in line with company strategy and direction

Requirements & Skills

• 2+ years experience from working as a Demand Planner
• Degree in business administration, supply chain management or similar
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience from Microsoft Dynamics and/or Qlik Sense or similar BI tool is a plus

You are a hard-core team player with an eye for details and a drive for finding the best constant improvement and continuous development of work methods and processes. You know how to handle different types of people and feel comfortable working with different stakeholders and partners in your highly cross functional role. Your analytical mindset paired with your ability to communicate and collaborate will work wonders in this role where you’ll handle tasks both high and low, narrow and wide!
