Happy Socks North America is seeking a Part-Time Fashion Data Entry Coordinator. As a Data Entry Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with new customer setup and manual order entry. 

The position is based out of our headquarters in SoHo, New York City and you will report to the Operations Manager. The US HQ opened about a year ago and there is currently 15 fun loving and driven people working at the office.  


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
  • Be directly responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of new customer accounts and orders into ERP systems
  • Assist in manually entering customer orders and wholesale orders
  • Assist with releasing orders to the warehouse
  • Execute site refreshes on time and without errors to ensure product launches in a timely fashion
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload while reporting any needed changes
  • Perform other customer related tasks and special projects as requested 


The working hours will be approximately 25- 30 hours a week.


Requirements & Skills:
 

We are looking for someone that has experience from manually entering of customer orders. To be successful in this role you also need to know your Excel. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of NuOder, Navision, Brandwise or similar system.  Also, this position requires fluency in English with foreign language being a plus; but not required.

As a person, you are very organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task. Also, we see that you are able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
