Happy Socks is expanding and now opens its first German office in Munich! Do you want to join a hardworking and fun-loving new team full of that entrepreneurial spirit, supported by a strong HQ in Sweden?

We are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to work with our German Happy Socks retailers. In this role, you will support both our area salespeople and customers with the best service possible.

The role includes resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve it; expediting correction or adjustment and of course, following up to ensure resolution.

Your ability to adapt in a fast-changing market is absolutely needed. You should be a great listener with a positive attitude who loves building strong and sustainable relationships and is able to solve conflicts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Sell products and services
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in German
  • It's a plus if you have worked in relevant Fashion industry

Reports to: Country Manager DACH
