We are now looking for a passionate and result-focused Sales Representative who’ll be responsible for leading and growing the relationship with our existing business customers across Sweden, as well as identifying and building new customer relationships for long-term growth.

You'll be based at our Stockholm HQ, but most of your days you‘ll be on the roads to visit customers. Approximately 120 travelling days per year, hence you’ll get a super cool car! 🚗🚀.

Even though the majority of your time will be spent independently and with our customers, you’ll also be part of our awesome Wholesale Sweden team which consists of a Key Account Manager, Sales Coordinator and Country Manager. Joining Happy Socks means joining a happy and extremely driven multicultural company of around 180 people from 25 different countries.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new sales channels, along with prospective stores to continue the growth of wholesale
  • Responsible for implementing sales budgets and marketing strategies in Sweden in order to achieve company targets for growth and profitability
  • Develop and maintain sustainable business and customer relationships, along with day to day sales contact across all sales channels (online, independents and key accounts)
  • Responsible for selling in new collections to customers, along with additional flash collections and exit stock
  • Working actively to assure customers are working with correct assortment and finding ways to grow their business. Ensures sell-through rates of existing stores are recorded, analysed and acted upon
  • Responsible for executing campaigns, Shop-In-Shops, and all marketing according to brand guidelines
  • Participating and organising brand platforms such as retail events, end consumer events, staff trainings and tradeshows
  • Responsible for driving replenishment with customers through activities promotions and other sales-driven activities


    Requirements & Skills

    • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
    • Minimum 3 years experience from a similar position
    • Experience from working in the fashion industry
    • A fancy education is always nice, but for this position, it’s all about your personality and work experience!
    • Driving license
    • Good Microsoft Office skills (so you know how to use your MacBook and iPhone)

You have a strategic mindset and have no problem with analysing sales figures and you thrive in a fast-moving company where you have a lot of responsibility for structuring your own workweek.
