THE ROLE 

The Sales & Planning Associate is a part of the Happy Socks North America team and will be looked upon to be the driver of all raw data compilation and consolidation related to business analysis in the areas of: Forecasting, Inventory Ownership, Margin Goals and Sell-in/Sell-thru. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the Sales Account Executives and the Global Planning & Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and adherence to all wholesale partner requirements (i.e., labeling, case packs, shipping, etc.). 

You will lead the planning process and project management of the operational delivery of special programs for the North American market, including brand collaborations and special design projects for wholesale partners. Your everyday work will involve both the hands-on tasks as well as taking ownership for improving processes and ways of working.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have +3 years of relevant experience and are very comfortable within planning and forecasting. An important part of your experience is project management and analysing data. You also have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

The successful candidate is a critical thinker who is curious and likes to ask why when presented with data. You use your analytical abilities to evaluate financial opportunities and pay a lot of attention to detail. As you will operate in the intersection between sales and operations you are a superhero in building relationships and collaborating. 

You enjoy working in the dynamic and flexible environment of the small business unit, where your role has a lot of impact.
