As our current eCommerce Product Coordinator is moving to a new adventure internally, we’re now looking for our next talent to join our department for Digital Business!

The role

In this role, you will take the lead on product enrichment, categorization and getting the products site-ready. This could for example be to upload images, copy, translations and prices – which means you are probably that kind of person who has attention to detail and is working in a very structured way. You will also work tight with sales data and stock numbers which requires analytical skills and a sales-driven mindset. 

You’ll work a lot cross functional with other departments and stakeholders, such as Online merchandising and our in-house agency to have all product assets ready and collected ahead of each collection launch, as well as manage product activations. 

The team

The Campaign and Content team is responsible for all content that shows on Happysocks.com and makes sure that everything from the products to the campaigns are presented in a way that brings us closer to our mission: spreading happiness and color to every corner of the world. 

The Digital Business department at Happy Socks is in an exciting phase where we’re renewing ourselves both with the what (ways of working) and the how (a new ERP tool is on its way!). We are working in a fast-paced environment filled with agility and change and we hope you want to be part of this journey! <3

Who are you?

Here at Happy Socks, everyone takes ownership of their work and field of expertise – the ways you take to reach our goals are up to you to define! We think that a genuine interest in e-commerce and online merchandising, together with an education within these areas is something that is a “need to have” for this role. You have a very good knowledge in Excel and are structured, independent and like problem solving in your day to day work. 

We also wish that you have experience in systems such as Magento and Inriver (PIM) and know how to speak “tech”, since you will have contact with our developers to optimize our processes going forward. Further, we want you to be confident in communicating in English since you will have a lot of connections across the company (any other language is a plus!).

Even if you don’t have many years of work experience, we think you like to initiate ways of improving processes and workflows striving to work smarter. “Service-minded” and “collaborative”, are words that describe you.

But most importantly, we think you have the personality to fit a somewhat crazy, fun work environment where we believe in color and playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness. 

We are 180 colorful characters at Happy Socks from over 25 different countries and you'll be working at our quirky HQ in Stockholm.
