Your primary focus will be ensuring that the current product catalogue availability and pricing is up to date (in both Amazon Seller and Vendor Central). You’ll also have the ownership of product enrichment making sure that product descriptions and product information on Amazon Europe & North America’s platforms are always accurately aligned with our marketing material – with all that entails.

As this is an administrative role, we’re not putting too much focus on exactly what your previous experience is, but you need to be skilled in managing administrative tasks. Having excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in regular terms is also highly valuable. 

What else will you be doing?                               

  • Making sure that the product presentation on Amazon Europe & North America’s platforms is always displayed correctly and optimized for conversion, as well as aligned with the commercial objectives
  • Ownership of having material such as text, pictures, and product data available on all Amazon platforms in Europe & North America
  • Having ownership of following the launch plan for new product launches to Amazon’s platforms, making sure that the material and product data is uploaded correctly and at the right time
  • Assisting with various back-end tasks


Previous experience of working in Amazon Seller or Vendor Central is not expected or required but a background in catalogue/merchandising administration at a company with many product variations and complexities would take you far.

Further, we’d like to see that you:

  • Have a solution-focused personality and ability to manage many tasks at the same time
  • Have a strong drive to grow yourself and improve ways of working/processes
  • Have excellent (!) Excel skills
  • Are fluent in English (Swedish, German, French, Spanish or Italian is considered a plus)
