Are you the missing piece in our IT puzzle?
We are now looking for a talented and ambitious System Expert to our HQ in Stockholm, with a focus on taking our IT systems to the next level so that they can enable our continued growth journey. Backing you up, you will have a happy, very driven, and multicultural team of around 180 people based in 7 countries.
You will be working with the structure, development, and support of Happy Socks ERP-system (currently Dynamics NAV, but we're moving to Microsoft Business Central) in order to provide optimal and cost-effective business support for the expanding organization.
This is an important role in a young, successful company, with a huge potential for professional growth. The ideal candidate can balance the still existing can-do culture of a rapidly growing small company while developing the processes and structures it needs, to be set up for a successful future.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support and improve Happy Socks ERP system including integrations to other internal and external systems
- Participate in system-related business development projects especially the Microsoft Business Central new-installation project
- Monitor and follow up business-critical processes
- Provide user support
Requirements & Skills
- 3-5 years of previous experience of Dynamic NAV or Business Central
- Experience from Retail & Fashion business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience from similar positions or as an application consultant
- Experience from an upgrade or new installations of Dynamics Nav/Business Central
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Understanding of logistics and distribution of physical goods
- Great IT skills combined with a good head for business
You are an optimistic, flexible and structured person who takes a lot of ownership of your work. You are great at seeing things from the user perspective and knows how to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. It's a big plus if you have hands-on experience and an understanding of logistics/supply chain or finance/accounting.
But most importantly, we think you have the personality to fit a somewhat crazy, fun work environment where we believe in color and playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness.
