We are now looking for a motivated and organized person who is passionate about digital marketing, to join us as Online Marketing Assistant for a while*!

In the eCommerce Department, and part of the Online Marketing & Sales Team, you will be the one responsible for briefing and creation of all visual assets and copy for paid ads at Happy Socks. This means that you will be part in making sure we spread happiness and color everywhere! <3

And, you’ll also have the pleasure supporting the Online Advertising Manager (your manager) with planning and executing digital campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and coordinating with various internal stakeholders.

*parental leave cover for 12 months, starting end of May

The role 

You will be the one fully responsible for creating ads on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms. This also means that you will gather all visual assets and copy that will be used, so you will be coordinating with other colleagues in Happy Socks as well as external agencies. There will also be time and room to support various teams within the eCommerce department with ad hoc tasks such as creating re-directs, refreshing feeds, etc.

Your profile

This is an entry level position, but we want you to have hands on experience with paid ads platforms, including Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager. Project Management experience and skills is a big plus but don’t worry if you don’t have that – if you’re organized and have great communication skills that will take you a long way!

Due to the nature of the role, you are tech-savvy, a quick learner and adaptable to changing circumstances. Experience working with an agency (or at an agency) is a plus, as well as analytical skills and/or interest in interpreting performance data.

But most importantly, we think you have the personality to fit a somewhat crazy, fun work environment where we believe in color and playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness.
