eCommerce Project Manager

Will you be our next talent driving the execution of strategic initiatives in our eCommerce channel? We’re now looking for a special someone to join our team as our new eCommerce Project Manager. 

In this role, you’ll be accountable for driving the execution of eCommerce strategic initiatives which are often large-scale, cross-functional and company-wide, so you'll get to work with a lot of colleagues from other parts of the business. 

To truly make a change in this field, we believe you have a great understanding of technical concepts, infrastructure and development practices. And for you to enjoy work, we think you're comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast paced and international environment.

What will you be doing

You will be fully responsible for managing all aspects of your projects; high level requirements, budget, resources, time spent, task management and communication to relevant stakeholders.

We’re also expecting you to be developing lightweight, repeatable processes, standards, workflows and tools that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.

Your profile

To be successful in this setting, we want you to be able to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.

You need enough previous experience from, and confidence in, Project Management for Digital Products, to be able to deliver results on (and beyond) the above. Experience and sharp skills in writing project requirements is a must, and you need to be really skilled at communicating (in English). 

Strong understanding of eCommerce, experience in eCommerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.

But most importantly, we think you have the personality to fit a somewhat crazy, fun work environment where we believe in color and playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness. 

We are 180 colorful characters at Happy Socks from over 25 different countries and you'll be working at our quirky HQ in Stockholm - but temporarily remote.
