Online Merchandising Coordinator

As our current Online Merchandising Coordinator is moving to a new adventure internally, we’re now looking for our next talent to join our eCommerce Department!

The role
In this role, you will take the lead on product enrichment, categorization and getting the products site-ready. This could for example be to upload images, copy, translation and prizes – which means you are probably that kind of person who has attention to detail and is working in a very structured way. 

You’ll work a lot together with the online campaign team, and our in-house agency to have all product assets ready and collected ahead of each collection launch, as well as manage product activations.

The Online Merchandising team is working to make sure our products on our site are presented in a way that brings us closer to our mission: spreading happiness and color to every corner of the world.

Who are you?
Here at Happy Socks, everyone takes ownership of their work and field of expertise – the ways you take to reach our goals are up to you do define!

We think that a genuine interest in e-commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing or Business or other relevant field is something that is a “need to have” for this role. Being sales-driven with analytical skills and comfortable working with sales data and stock numbers as well. Further, we want you to be confident communicating in English (any other language is a plus!).

Even if you don’t have many years of work experience, we think you like to initiate ways of improving processes and workflows striving to work smarter. “Service-minded” and “collaborative”, are words that describe you.

But most importantly, we think you have the personality to fit a somewhat crazy, fun work environment where we believe in color and playfulness, a place where you can expect the unexpected and you are a source of creative weirdness. 

We are 180 colorful characters at Happy Socks from over 25 different countries and you'll be working at our quirky HQ in Stockholm.
