We are now looking for a talented and highly structured Retail Merchandising Coordinator, to be the spider in the web in our Retail team! In this role, you’ll make sure we have the right products in the right store, at the right time. 

This is a natural “being in contact with lots of different people” kind of role, as well as optimizing product flows, conducting sales analysis and building reports. You're essential in supporting the team making the right decisions, with your expertise in the ERP-system and analytical ability. You also know how to make the best in-store customer experience possible!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Merchandising and product flow connected to the HQ operated stores
  • Making sure we have the right products to sell at the right time, the right price and with the right product information by working closely with the Visual Merchandiser and the Campaign plan.
  • Support the Retail Team with sales and product analysis on a weekly/monthly basis and have a clear action plan based on analysis - making sure our stores are constantly changing and developing according to the Happy Socks strategy and brand.
  • Being the spider in the web internally, working with different support functions such as IT, Finance and Supply.
  • Superuser for our ERP-system, NAV/BC, within Retail and taking part in linked development projects.
  • Supporting our Area Managers in order placement, product launches, product information.
  • Administrate order placement, planning, quantification and buying
  • Looking over ordering routines and stock levels in store.
  • Support the Retail team with stock analysis to be used for Sample Sales and Outlet
  • Support Happy Socks Retail partners and distributors with assortment planning for their Happy Socks stores.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 0-2 years of experience from similar work within Buying and/or Merchandising
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (any other language is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience from Dynamics NAV is a plus, but a general interest in learning new systems is needed
  • Previous experience from working in retail and a result driven environment is a bonus!            

Processes are nice, but at the same time, you think being innovative and solving problems is a thrill. We think you have great communication skills and feel comfortable working with different parts of the organization. You are also operative responsible for taking actions connected to sales, profitability and stock – woop! That’s why we think you love maximizing sales and knows how to do it by effective sales analysis, where you identify problems and come up with solutions.
